Update Procedure:
1. Driver:
Double-click the downloaded file to extract files into a folder. Get into the driver folder and click AUTORUN.EXE to install driver.

2. Firmware:
Double-click the downloaded file to extract files into a folder. Get into the firmware folder and click BurnFW.EXE to update firmware.

Read carefully before download:
1. 63x, 730PL/PS, BS400, CS-310, CS-311, CS-312 and CS-320 drivers support Win XP, Vista, Win 7 and Win 8.
2. 64x, P110S, S400, S420, P510S/Si, P510L, P510K, P720L and P728L drivers support Win XP, Vista, Win 7, Win 8 and Win 10 [Supports Windows x86 and x64, but not Windows RT.
3. Others support Win XP, Vista and Win 7 (Not support Win 8).
4. Please do "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" before installing driver if necessary. You can refer to HELP file if you don't know how to do it.
5. If the OS version of your P510K is v1.x.x.x, please download Driver_v3.7.0.29+FW_v2.04.0.4+Patch_v1.4.37.0. If the OS version of your P510K is v2.x.x.x, please download Driver_v3.7.0.29+FW_v2.04.0.4+Patch_v2.0.30.0. Update to incompatible version will bring abnormal response to printer.
6. To support new type of ribbon cassette, please update P510S/Si/K firmware to v1.21.0.4 or v2.04.0.4 and update S420 firmware to v1.29.
7. Do not attempt to print, turn off the printer, open the door or disconnect from the computer until the installation is complete. Be sure the printer's door is also closed before starting the installation.

1. The update program is mainly provided for product performance enchancement, and it shall not be treated as additional assurance or warranty extension. Whether in any case, because of the use of the update program caused direct damage, indirect damages, or other forms of consequential damages, including, but not limited to, any lost profits business interruption or loss of information, even if HiTi is expressly advised of the possibility of damage occurred, HiTi not and will not to burden any liability to anyone.
